You know, there is only a stream of well-being and you are either allowing it or not. Shifting into an attitude of anticipation and appreciation will help you to allow the stream of well-being to flow.

You are either accepting the flow of well-being or you are preventing the stream from flowing Your emotions are your guide. If you feel good, you are allowing the stream.
